You need some Intel:

Let it find and install. You're missing some chipset info.

if you go to --windows start -- all programs --- look for the intel folder -- and start the intel update manager and let it do its thing

I guess you can reinstall the chipset drivers from gigabyte for your board

don't know I'm not there to see the real deal --- its your boards chipset driver -its best to have it installed correctly --- but I did say above if your not affected by them thing for you every day use of the computer then don't worry about it

The yellow bang usually presents itself because Windows stuffs a generic driver in there that's inappropriate. If you're not seeing any problems and the yellow bang in device manager doesn't bother you - don't worry about it.
On downloads from Intel, sometimes you have to close the open window and you'll see a smaller window asking if you want to "dowload using browser?" Click yes and the download will start.
