GTX 770, i5 4670k underperforming?

So I don't know if I was expecting too much from my build or if it's actually underperforming, but here's the story. In the first week or so my computer would handle anything I threw it on ultra, I was even playing watch dogs at 40-60fps on ultra, and games like Saints Row III would run perfectly smooth on max settings.

I then had a bunch of problems with my computer and a lot of BSODS, and I've managed to fix all that now, but I feel that it's a lot slower than what it used to be. Saints row III ran on about 30-40FPS ultra, GTA IV runs terribly, but I blamed that on the port. Skyrim with all my mods is about 30-40fps, games like Watch Dogs are on about 40-50 with a lot of stuttering randomly. It's definitely not temperatures because my max temp at full stress is 50 degrees for the CPU and 60 degrees for the graphics.

It's weird because some really well optimized games like Smite and Witcher 2 run perfectly fine, I run Witcher 2 on everything ultra except for supersampling on 40-100 (most of the time in the 60-70 zone) and Smite is constant 60fps all the time. It could just be that bad ports are causing this. My graphics drivers are the latest.

I don't know if something has gone wrong when all the problems with my PC were happening...

Specs:

GTX 770
i5 4670k@3.4ghz(3.8ghz turbo)
8GB G.Skill Ares @1600mhz
1TB hard drive
Cooler master Hyper 212 evo+

Solution
I think we got dual-tracked with the back and forth posts, lol. The 1919 on Valley looks to be right on the money, and the Heaven score looks very good - for a single 770, 1019-1030 seems about average.

So, your card is working just fine which means you can start looking at the game settings for optimization :)

Could you please tell exactly what kind of BSOD did you encountered (related to Memory, Data, Drivers,...) and what did you do for resolving them? (Uninstallations, driver update,....)

Well my first problem was that my computer would keep on randomly powering off. Like completely out of the blue. I thought it was a faulty power supply, but after changing the wall socket it's fixed it for a week so far. My BSOD's were random everytime but the culprit was always ntskrnl.exe

I fixed it by updating an ethernet driver using the intel update software

By random I mean sometimes it would say the NON PAGE one which means ram problems, then another time it said a secondary clock processor failed to respond, which meant CPU problems, and there was one more that I forgot. So yeah, it would be random and show no correlation to what I was doing at the time

I do use Geforce experience, I'll try uninstalling and reinstalling that

Please ensure that you do a clean installation of you graphic driver and GeForce Experience.

You can do this directly from the Nvidia Driver Setup, or by uninstalling ALL the nvidia software from your PC (also delete the user settings/preferences).

I just did a clean install of all my graphics drivers, I'm going to test a few games and see if it performs a bit better

Saints row III still runs at 40-60 and drops to 30 a lot while driving. I was playing on full ultra. Could it be that GTX 770 and i5 4670k just cant run this game at constant 50-60 fps?

My Unigine Valley score was 1648, with my FPS being 39.4

I ran it on the highest possible settings. Is that a normal amount?

After doing a bit of research I found that this is the normal score that GTX 770 gets in this test, so I'm starting to believe my CPU might be the problem?

From what I've seen, 47-49FPS is going to be about average, depending on your settings. Have you benchmarked your system? If not, a simple way to check whether it's your GPU performance vs game (or game settings) is to run some benchmarks and compare them to performance of similar systems. Unigine Heaven and 3DMark Basic can both be used for free. If your card/CPU combo are matching up favorably against identical or comparable systems, then look to adjust your game settings to optimize your play. If you go to the specific game's forum, you can usually get good tips for what the best settings are going to be.

If you really want to get into the weeds, you can test which games benefit from overclocking your CPU and GPU (might be one or the other or both) and setup and save OC profiles that you can enable based on which game you're playing. That takes some time and effort though, and most people don't bother.

That's a local file, so I can't open it. Can you post a screenshot so I can see the settings? Or you can just list them.

That seems a little on the low side. Can you try Unigine Heaven 4.0? On Valley, I'm thinking you should be closer to the 1900 mark, but comparison scores are all over the board. Heaven 4.0 will be easier to compare. Also, when you're benchmarking, crank all your fans up - even if you're not overheating, the cooler you can keep your CPU/GPU, the better they'll perform.
