ive already bought the intel but i heard that a105800k to be more superior and cost cheaper
is it that really bad for buying the i3?

Solution

This is a flat out lie. On the CPU side the A10 5800k uses more power for similar performance which makes it less efficient.

The only thing the A10 has going for it is the integrated graphics if you are playing games on it, but if you actually want to play games you'd probably want a dedicated card anyway so that you can use actual nice resolutions and have decent frame rates. 1080p gaming on integrated graphics is a hugely frustrating mess still.

As for price, they are only about 10 bucks different anyway, so that's really a moot point.

its bad but not the end of the world.. you would have been better off with the 5800k though as it is superior to the i3.. remeber to select the answer as it affects our score on this forum

This depends on your use case. Ifyou are using the on board graphics for some light low res gaming then the A10 is probably better. If you have a dedicated card that does your gaming for you then the i3 is probably better.

If you aren't gaming on it at all and are mostly using it for media, web browsing, e-mail and those kind of things then it really doesn't matter since both of them are more than able to keep up with these types of tasks.

In certain highly threaded cases like video processing the A10 might do a little bit better, but in the vast majority of day to day use the i3 will be better since most things are highly single thread performance dependent.

So in many cases it really doesn't matter, and in some cases one might be slightly better than the other depending on what you are using it for.

The only thing the A10 has going for it is the integrated graphics (which is still crap, just slightly better than the i3), in terms of CPU performance the i3 wipes the floor with the A10, by far.
