This depends on your use case. Ifyou are using the on board graphics for some light low res gaming then the A10 is probably better. If you have a dedicated card that does your gaming for you then the i3 is probably better.
If you aren't gaming on it at all and are mostly using it for media, web browsing, e-mail and those kind of things then it really doesn't matter since both of them are more than able to keep up with these types of tasks.
In certain highly threaded cases like video processing the A10 might do a little bit better, but in the vast majority of day to day use the i3 will be better since most things are highly single thread performance dependent.
So in many cases it really doesn't matter, and in some cases one might be slightly better than the other depending on what you are using it for.
