upgrading help advice needed

Hi im upgrading my pc im buying a new motherboard Ram power supply Processor iv already ready got the optical drive Samsung dvd rw super write master hard drive a 1TB western digital Blue and graphics card which is a r7 250 here are what im thinking of buying

all together everything comes upto £220.09 is this worth it?

CPU + MB - Fine and all, but if you can pull an H97 motherboard and a newer i5 you would be better off.
MEM - Slow and high latency (DDR3-1333 CL9). Look for DDR3-1600 CL8 or CL9 and always install them in matching pairs to take advantage of the dual memory controllers.
PSU - No. Some Antec, EVGA and Corsiar units are good, but stick with XFX or Seasonic. A quality 550w unit will be plenty of power.

Definitely get the XFX PSU and the better RAM at least.
