How would this build perform as a gaming PC?

This is the PC I'm planning on building, and would like to know how it would perform as a gaming PC. Here are the specifications:

GPU
-Sapphire R9 270X 2GB Toxic 1100MHz GDDR 5 PCI Express Graphics Card

MOTHERBOARD
-Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard (Socket AM3+, Up to 16GB DDR3, USB 3.0, uATX)

RAM
-Corsair CML8GX3M2A1866C9R Vengeance Low Profile 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1866 Mhz

I'd say high settings 1080p too, between 40 and 90 fps depending on the game's optimization towards AMD.

The only thing I'd change there is the PSU. Get GS if staying with corsair, or try finding an Antec HCG modular. They should be slightly more expensive, but they're much more reliable on the long run than the CX builder series.
Also, the 212 evo is pretty "beefy", so it's best if you took low profile ram sticks ;)
