Hello. Today I woke up to finish a project, But my computer was frozen so I had to manually restart my PC. When I rebooted and logged in, it went to desktop like normal and then starting flicking the desktop and the taskbar rapidly, like ever 2 seconds and refresh. I also notice when I click on anything, like the setting icon, nothing happens. Just keeps flickering and restarting. I tried safe mode and safe mode with networking and still flicking and refreshing. I can't click anything it do anything with the PC at this point. Im Also getting a message saying " Explorer.Exe - Application Error, The Memory could not be read. Idk what to do! I need help cause I don't want to restore my pc again
