Getting my build next week and I came upon a page here where they did a $750 build and it showed a GTX 770 0_0 I was like damn!

Problem is should I go for:
A. GTX 770 and FX-6300 ($20 more ehh other parts will do for a couple years) Computer Build A
B. R9 270 and FX-8320 (with more cool stuff like a better psu,case etc.) Computer Build B

Solution
I would go with the 770 and FX-6300 build. You can always upgrade your CPU later and having a really good GPU and a weaker CPU is more important than having a really good CPU and a weaker GPU

What would the differences be with the 6300 and 8320 in terms of multitasking in real life scenarios not benchmarks? This computer will be my workstation as a highschool student with graphic design, photoshop, video editing, after effects (Mainly Adobe programs) and Triple A gaming. Also the CX600M would do right? Can't find any better psu, except for a Seasonic S12ii 520w and I'm not even sure if thats enough wattage and amps (+12v 40A)

eehh maybe a once in a month or two, not that much but I will do a lot of photo editing and what do you mean the job faster? the rendering or the work load itself, will it be slow adding different layers adding effects or its just the rendering times?

You won't really notice it during the work unless you are editing 4k photos extensively, but you will notice it during render times. You can easily get away with the 6300 for doing HD photo editing though.
