Based on your requirements of gaming on max settings on 1440p, this is our recommendation for your build. Based on your requirements there is no single card capable of running max settings on a 1440p resolution, as such we would recommend going with 2 780Ti in SLI. Please refer below for our recommendation.

ASUS Z97 Maximus Hero + I5 4690K
MSI GTX780TI 3GB TF Gaming
MSI GTX780TI 3GB TF Gaming
Samsung 840 EVO 250GB
Western Digital blue 1TB
Gskill RipjawsX 1600Hz 8GB (4GB*2)
Seasonic X850 850W 80+ Gold
Samsung / LG DVD Writer
NZXT Phantom 410
Windows 8.1 Home Premium 64Bit
Corsair H100i

The above build will cost $3200 inclusive of assembly and delivery. As for your peripherals, we will be recommending the razer black widow ultimate 2014 and razer death adder which we will be selling at $240

As for the monitor, for IPS monitors the faster response time you're looking at currently is 5ms, however if you get a TN panel, you're looking at response times of 1-2ms. If you're looking for an IPS monitor then we will recommend the ASUS PB278Q, which is a 1440p monitor with an IPS panel and has a response time of 5ms. We are selling this at $600.

Thanks, do let me know if you wish to make any changes or have any queries. You may also drop me an email
