What HDMI card is compatible for a Dell optiplex 745? (Full size case)

I want to put a new graphics card, Blue-ray DVD in an old Dell Optiplex 745. Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

What is your budget? And if you still use the dell 305W PSU, you need get the GPU that use less power.

If you buy this one, you need cut off some of the cooler house, actually I did this for my friend who bought the similar one, and doesn't want to return the GPU, because you can see the fan does stick out from the side. http://img.kakaku.com/Images/prdnews/20131111200514_514_.jpg I will call it is the 1.5 slot GPU.
