Hi all,
I've just put together a pc using an Asus 787-Deluxe, an i7-4770K CPU, and I tried different RAM sticks but the RAM led is always solid red, and I get no video. The CPU fan spins normally, and so does the fan on the chassis.
Here are the RAM modules I've tried so far:
Kingston KVR1333D3N9/4G
CORSAIR CML32GX3M4A1600C10
Hynnix HMT351U6CFR8C
I tried them separately, one at a time, in the A2 slot. I also checked they fit correctly and the modules clicked every time I installed them. All the RAM sticks work fine in other computers. The same applies to the power supply.
I tried pressing the MemOK button for each one of them, and I even tried the Clear CMOS button.
The power cables seem to be fitting correctly.
I tried with and without a hard disk.
Any ideas as to what I could try next?
