looking for a low budget case fans

I want to buy three led 120mm case fans i want good fans with better cooling and less noise..
My choice was the cooler master SickleFlow Red 120 mm Cooler..Open for suggestions..!!

Yes , Sickleflows are decent budget fans.

They are budget , and can be loud , at times.

The enermax listed above by DHFF are probably the best you can can get on a budget.

LEDS are not the greatest , but for budget get the Enermax.

I am building my first gaming rig so which color should i choose red or blue led fans??which colour looks good..My case is CM HAF912

I like programmable LEDs becase I like my color to change with what I am playing :D 
IF I am playing a space fighter/ explorer game then I like a nice high tech blue. Blue is the official color of advanced technology BTW.
If I am playing something like Diablo 3 then its demonic red all the way baby :) 
my keyboard also has a setting for purple though I have not found a game for that yet :D 

Of course once you say the words "programmable LED" then you are officially leaving budget land :p
