I have about £700 for a gaming pc NEED EVERYTHING

Hey, I have recently been wanting to get into PC gaming, but I don't know the slightest about computers.
I would like to play games like Skyrim Battlefield and Planetside2 on medium and up graphics getting at least 60fps
I have about a £600-£700 budget ($1000) and I need everything OS (preferably windows) keyboard mouse monitor
I would also like for it to be intel and nvidia if possible.
