Hello there i was wondoring if the ASRock Z87 PRO3 (my current mb) will work with the Cooler Master Elite 120 Advance and if not will it work with the Bitfenix Prodigy. I need a portable case because of college. Thanks!

Sorry, but no. Your motherboard is of form-factor ATX. Neither of those cases can accept a motherboard that large. They can only accept form-factor Mini-ITX motherboards. You can try and find a case that accepts ATX motherboards and also has handles. Something like this Cooler Master Storm Scout ATX case.
