HD 7750 Crossfire vs R9 270x 4GB edition

I know it may seem like a bit of a no brainier at the obvious power of the R9 but:

Im building a PC and was wondering if 2x HD 7750 would be better than a 270x 4GB edition. Would the specs be better with the Xfire or the R9 when ran with an Intel i5 4670K.

Also if for any of these builds if I would need to upgrade from a 600W PSU (Multi-Rail).

All help would be appreciated.

Its not a scratch build I have been building into it but its to play like AC Unity and The Crew.
Currently it runs a worn out FX 6100 and HD 7750.
The PSU is OCZ 600w - exact model though... Not 100% sure

If you are concerned about the PSU, take a good look at the stickers and we can figure out what model it is. Some of the OCZs are solid units, and some of them are junk. Also if it is about 5 years old then it should get replaced, since that's about the typical lifetime for good capacitors.
