Hi guys, I've recently replaced my i3-4130 with the latest i7-4790k. But i fear that the stock cooler won't be able to handle it, so I still haven't installed it. I need a moderate cooler but i have low budget. So, I want to know if Deepcool Gabriel will be good or not?? The chance of oc-ing my cpu is 0.99% 
(i wonder who ever needs oc-ing this beast)

MSI gtx 760 TF/OC 4 gb editions in SLI
ASRock z87 fatality killer
Corsair xm3 12gb(1x8 gb+ 1x4 gb)
Cooler master HAF 912 with side glass panel
