What do I need to connect HDMI to a VGA monitoror (Need help asap)

I bought two HDMI to VGA cables from Newegg.com by a company called Insten. I am planning on connecting a gtx 750 to my vga monitor will this work.

Probably not unless the cables contain a D/A converter. There is no analog (VGA) signal at the HDMI port.
Now, by VGA I presume you are meaning the analog connection that uses the D0Sub 15 pin connector on the monitor.
