My laptop is having connectivity issues with my Wifi. Everyone's phones stays connected just fine & even the other laptops. However, my laptop wants to be difficult. It doesn't necessarily "disconnect" (atleast I don't think, because the connection symbol remains the same i.e. keeps showing full bars), but my web pages sometimes take very long to load, if at all. A lot of times I'll be left with "this page could not be loaded," "could not connect to internet," or something similar while just literally 2 seconds ago everything was fine. So it's sporadic. Sometimes I'll be okay for a few hours. Sometimes it's back to back issues. This problem is the most apparent when playing online games as I'll get randomly disconnected & some times hit with an "ERROR_INTERNET_TIMEOUT" message when trying to log in to the game.

Also, the fact that I can connect directly to the router with an ethernet cable & experience absolutely NONE of these issues leads me to believe that my laptop is the problem, coupled with the fact that all the other devices connect just fine. I myself am not the most computer savvy, so I don't know much about ports, drivers, & things of that nature.

Additionally, I just recently moved out of my apartment & moved back in with my mom (transferring colleges so I'm waiting for the next semester to start) & the router I had at my apartment is the same that my mom has. I didn't have this problem back at my apartment, only when I'm at my mom's. I lived with my mom PRIOR to leaving for college & STILL didn't have this issue.

Windows 7, Comcast/Xfinity Internet (at current residence), Toshiba Satellite P775D

I hope I have provided enough information. ANY help is greatly appreciated!

Does it have the slowness issues when you are in the room with router?

Do you have 5 bars of signal?

Have you checked to make sure one of the antenna cables did not come loose from the wifi card under your laptops access panel?

I am 2 rooms away but the way my house is setup, I can see my router from here. It's around 15 steps in distance.

I do have 5 full bars.

I'm not sure how'd I'd check that.

I forgot to answer the 1st question: Yes, it does, unless I'm using the ethernet cable. If I'm using the wifi, it does have the slowness while in the same room.
