Hi , i wonder if anyone can help , i have tried emailing them and tried to use there website for RMA , there website comes up with bad code error message !!! but i have typed in the code and all the relevant info lots of times correctly !!!

I am based in the UK , and i believe the Card came with a 3 year warranty but the original supplier is no longer in business and i am having no joy with a reply from VTX3d via this email :-

eusupport@vtx3d.com

Has anyone had any experience with a RMA with VTX3d cards ? in particular in the U.K but would be happy to know of other peoples experiences from other countries also ......

+++++++++++ Am i correct this card has a 3 year warranty ? i know the warranty may differ from country to country , but i am sure i have had it for less than 2 years !

Help and advice please :(

The VTX3D website doesn't look too convincing and their RMA probably reflects that. Never had or will have their cards so no personal experience. I guess thats why their GPUs are usually cheap :D  Sorry to hear that about your card.

VTX3D is a brand name owned by TUL Corporation out of Taiwan. I wouldn't be surprised if your RMA request took 1 - 3 weeks to get a proper response, if it went into the system correctly.

You might try politely emailing their support link listed on the VTX3D website: eusupport@vtx3d.com

Hi Guys , thank you for your replys , well since a few hours ago , i have had 2 emails from VTX3d , one to confirm yes warranty and a email with the form to fill in for RMA , i am been offered replacement or repair....i will go for a replacement , but i am unsure as yet if i will be sending from my home country U.K to U.K or perhaps to another part of the world....I have also asked if there will be any fees for replacement or repair and any fee for returning the card to me.....I shall keep you updated.

Glad to hear they got back to you. Hopefully, the only costs will be postage to send the card to them. Of course, I would expect it may be 2 - 3 weeks after they receive the card before you see it's replacement, before I became concerned.

Agree. Usually you pay postage in RMA and they pay for return. The time will prob be 1 week minimum.

On another note, in case they respond to you from a different email account, you might check your Spam folder from time to time, to make sure that, if you have any junk mail filtering, you don't miss any correspondence from them. :-)

Its best to add all their emails as a contact to avoid them going to spam. Gmail does this very well! :p

Just another quick update , RMA number and address for return to the Netherlands , it has cost me £20.00 with the correct insurance to send via a 2 day service from the UK to the Netherlands , i have requested a replacement card , they have stated within 14 working days , so upto 3 weeks based on 5 working days a week , Since my first reply from VTX3d , each reply has been very fast and informative .

My backup card arrived today from amazon...instead of sporting my usual 7970 x- edition 3gb ddr 5 card , i am currently running a amd 6450 1gb gddr3 !!!! its great for basic desktop and work things....i ran a unique heaven benchmark on it .....yikes even at 1024 res in low settings it is very slow.......but i guess that is to be expected....not to bad and now i have back up card for the future just incase it happens again !!! on my asus motherboard , no onboard graphics
