So I have been saving for around 6 months, so my budget is around 1,300. Here's what I was thinking but I'm open to suggestions as I haven't built a pc in a few years.

Intel i7 (stock fan? Suggestions? )
Asus hero maximus vii
Evga gtx 770 2gb(brand?)
16 gigs ram(undecided on brand)
Evga supernova 750 Watt psu(sale)
128 gb ssd(picked up from flash sale)
2TB WD hard drive(from my current pc)

Two Asus 23" 1080p 2ms screens(i already have one)

Cooler Master haf advanced case(bought it for 40 bucks on Craigslist)

Do you think this system would run top tier games like Tom clancy's the division on max at 60fps? I currently play bf4 on my current set up on minimum and on a good day get 15-20 fps, and that needs to stop. I would also like to be able to play arma 3 on max settings at full 1080p.

Do you think this setup could be improved in some way? Do you think I could get more bang for my buck by going with amd?
