RE3 is an enterprise class drive. For bulk storage on servers. You want a hard drive with decent seek times that is designed for everyday use.

The quality of the power supply in a build directly effects several things. Longevity, reliability, upgrades.

Cheaper power supplies use less temperature rated components and many power supplies are rated at a specific temperature. When this temperature is exceeded power output goes down. 30C and 40C are common ratings. The inside of many computers can exceed this.

The better, smoother, the DC voltage supplied to the components the less likely the computer is to crash. You would be surprised how often simply upgrading a power supply can change the reliability of a computer.

Power supply is a little on the cheap side. Might look at a higher quality unit such as XFX 650W. Superflower, EVGA, Corsair HX, Seasonic are also good brands.

The hard drive you picked isn't exactly intended for a personal PC. Look at WD Caviar Blue or Black. Alternative would be a Seagate Barrcuda 7200rpm.

AC wireless adapter is only useful if you have a wireless AC router/modem. (Also not ideal to play online games over wifi if there are other wifi devices in the house)

FX8320 is significantly cheaper and can be overclocked to 4.0Ghz or more quite easily with your chosen motherboard and cooler. If you don't intend to overclock you can go with a cheaper motherboard.

Power ratings can be misleading. A 600W supply is a total of the outputs of all the voltages generally speaking. The cheaper the supply the more often they exaggerate. A given supply might output 12V at 480W, 200W at 5V, 20W at 3.3 V. They will call this a 700W supply. Modern computers run almost exclusively on 12V, so really this is a 500W supply.

Corsair doesn't do this to that extent, but the CX series is their cheapest.
