how do you get madden 15 to load

when im trying to play with my xbox one it takes me to the screen and just says loading. the game wont go past the screen and i cant click any game modes or anything. its not the system because i was able to play fifa 14

I have this same problem but I bought it off of the xbox marketplace (so I don't have a disk) but when I DID try a disk version, my xbox one couldn't read it... any advice?

I have the same issue. Cant load My career. Can only play one game from the home page thats it. Cant load anything. Just get thst stupid intro movie load up (with the wrong teams) then franchise never loads. Really annoyed cant find any support from ea or from xbox. Any help please?

Wait a second... I know a teahcer who had this problem, too! He was saying "How on earth do you do career in Madden 15!?"
