Why does all my Apple devices, like IPad, Apple TV etc all see each other and Internet, Microsoft Surface PRO, PC, see whole home. Network, but cannot see internet? I called AsUs support, they didn't know anything

Solution
Try a power cycle with the router and any cable or dsl modems you may have connected. Turn off all connected devices. Unplug the power to the router, cable modem, dsl modem and any switches. Leave them disconnected for at least 3 minutes. Plug them all back in starting with the router and let them finish restarting. This shouldn't take more than 3-5 minutes. Try your connection again. Depending on your hardware you might have to go into the router configuration and enable or disable auto configuration of IP addresses, depending on your internet service requirements.

(I'm confused by the sentence structure above.)

I think you're wondering, "Why can't the Surface Pro and PC get access to the Internet?"

Yes?

And this is different than the previous router, I assume, and you're using the same Adapters, yes, so you haven't modified drivers in the Surface Pro or PC.

Just trying to clear up my confusion...
