Question for a friend: He recently purchased/installed a Gigabyte Geforce GTX760 for his rig. When he first boots up his computer, it takes about 1 minute 26 seconds to boot into windows from his BIOS (using Windows 7 Home Premium.) In addition, he cannot open his BIOS by pressing DEL, etc. Once Windows boots, everything seems to be normal. He has never had this issue before. This only started happening after he swapped video cards (upgraded from an old GTX 550). any ideas what the problem could be?
