Is it possible to print from a Desktop connected directly to router to print to HP Wireless Printer 1102p which is on the same network ?
Desktop is on the same network as the wireless printer.

if Yes , is it true that sometimes it depends on the type of printer to print from a desktop through router to the wireless printer ?

Thanks

You should be able to print to a wireless printer on the same network. You may want to go to the HP website and get the latest driver for the printer.

The following steps assume Windows 7 but others should be similar...
You should be able to go to "Devices and Printers"
"Add a Printer"
"Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth Printer" (Depending on the configuration of the printer it may or may not be automatically discovered)
If the printer isn't automatically discovered then click the link "The printer I want isn't listed"
You can then add by IP address.

it really shouldn't make any difference what printer or PC as long as both are connected to the same network in some fashion. You sometimes need to have the drivers for the printer already installed, but you use 'add printer' from the start menu and just pick the network option.
