I have a Dell dimension xps gen 4 where the old graphics card(Nvidia Series 6 P260) was going out. I bought a GT 730 - I get an amber 'A' and 2 beeps. I put the Gt 730 in another machine and it works fine. I take the AMD 5770 from another machine and it works in the Dell, albeit with the wrong drivers. What did I miss?
PS The P260 failed to work properly on another PC as well
