Here's a better PSU 25 mail in rebate and 10$ promo http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817207013&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

Other than that everything else looks good.

You might be better off downgrading your cpu and getting a stronger graphics card. Its probably not worth getting the H55, using an air cooler like the hyper 212 evo is cheaper and may even give better cooling performance, also if you do go the H55 make sure its compatible with the case

The cougar case supports up to 320mm for the gpu and I know it will fit in raidmax even if you had to remove a drive shelf but, I doubt you would. Both are water cool ready.
That PSU is around the same price but is 80w less. Why switch? I hear good things about rosewill products?

Yes some overclocking and that's why I'd rather go with water cooling. Will most likely crossfire two of those saphires as well. I just did a quick google shopping search and new egg had most beat with free shipping and rebates.

That cooler would be great and I could use it in my current build since I already have the GSkill sniper clocked @ 2133 with a FX6350 stock no clock 3.9 cpu sitting in 970A-UD3P board. Would give me room to crank the cpu to 4.1. Kinda surprised me when it did clock the ram seeing as the board only supports 2000. I will take the GPU into consideration as it is almost $30 more than I put in budget but, the 3 GB gddr5 could make it a possibility since I looked over the clocking on it and you can get much higher than the stock 874mhz. My other worry is if I can get full performance from the 2.0 pci slot as the 970 does not have a 3.0 pci. Think I will keep the 630w rosewill for now and will post if I see any problems with it's stability but I feel confident in what I have read about it. Thanks guys.

Also I found the Corsair Hydro Series H60 High Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

Studies look good on it and it's fairly quiet. $62.74 free shipping
