Hi I need some help for deciding a few components for my PC.

I will start with the reason I am purchasing a gaming PC, Ok first off i have always been a console gamer so you can safely assume i am not very well informed on PC components, although i have done my research i know my A to Z basically i know what i need and what parts will give me my desired performance.

But i have drove myself into a bit of a dead end to be honest in terms of CPU and GPU paired performance.

As you can tell from the title skyrim is a major factor For my console to PC transaction,But i will not be settled on a PC that can just basically run skyrim with no mod or no graphical enhancements,I was really hoping For a PC that can run skyrim flawlessly with the latest ENB and gameplay modifications.

I will elaborate more when i state flawlessly i mean in terms of a healthy performance 30 to 40 FPS Not the best possible performances.

i will get to the real point money always the issues so i can safely rule out The GTX TITAN paired with an INTEL I7

AMD the route i am taking to perfectly fit my budget and hopefully give me my desired performance.

Its basically down to the choice between 2 GPU and 2 CPU.

R9 290

R9 280x

AMD FX 6300 6 cores

AMD FX 8350 8 cores

My first choice was to pair the R9 290 with the AMD FX 6300 as some say that CPU Isn't a major factor For gaming But some say Skyrim is a CPU hungry game so i thought the AMD FX 8350 with the R9 280x but the latest ENB Real vision GPU requirements For Skyrim is the GTX 670 which is slightly greater than the 280x so would that cause issues

some also say that the AMD FX 6300 would bottleneck the R9 290 so is my best option to pair the 290 with the AMD FX 8350

I am pretty much assuming at this level that CPU is more important than what people say.

also take in to consideration when answering my question this is only based on Skyrim performance any other game i am not so bothered about.

FX-8350 and R9 290 4GB model would be the best choice. I own a FX-8350 + GTX 660 and play skyrim with seasons of skyrim enb and a few 2K texture mods. The R9 290 is capable of RealVision enb and texture mods put together.
