I've been running a PC that was built for me for the past 5 years and I think i've learned enough to be able to put together a new one. That being said, i'm still far from a full understanding. Following the principle of "tis better to ask a stupid question than make a stupid mistake" i'd like someone with experience to review my choices of hardware and maybe correct them if needed. Keep in mind i'm on a very tight budget - I really cannot afford anything more expensive than what i've already chosen. i'm not looking for perfect, i'm just looking for compatible (i.e. no connectors I don't have) and reasonable for light to medium gaming and browsing.

NZXT Phantom 410 case (Red)
ASUS F2A85-V PRO FM2 AMD A85X Motherboard
AMD Athlon X4 750K Trinity Quad-Core 3.4GHz Socket FM2 Black Edition CPU
SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 Modular PSU
PowerColor Radeon HD 6970 2GB GPU
ZALMAN CNPS5X Performa 92mm FSB CPU Cooler
Rosewill 140mm Computer Case Fan (Blue LED)
APEVIA CF12SL-BBL 120mm LED Fan (Blue LED)
G.SKILL Sniper Series 4GB 240-Pin DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory x1
Corsair Vengeance 2GB RAM x2 (From old PC)

I will be using the hard drive and optical drive from my old PC, both are SATA III. If theres any reason to suspect they might cause some kind of incompatibility, I can check what they are exactly. I may also be using some of the blue LED fans from my old case (NZXT Tempest Crafted Series), just in case that might cause some power supply concerns. I understand that I will need to remove some of the hard drive bays from the new case in order to fit the PSU - this will not be an issue as I need only one bay.
