First build No built in graphics

My MSI 97a-g46 has no built in graphics, I plugged in my Pny Verto Geforce GT 610. I have it plugged into my Monitor yet It still wont display the Bios, I have tried a VGA and HDMI cable.

Reseat the card. Make sure it's installed securely.
Make sure there is no dust in the PCI-E slot.
Boot into safe mode (if possible) to see if you get an image.

If none of the above works, then try the card in another computer to verify it's functional.

Forgot to mention, This is a first time build, And I do not have an opperating system set up
