Memory Management BSOD

So my computer has a BSOD that pops up after about 5 minutes after start up. Tried doing a extended memtest with 30 passes and no ram errors popped up. restored computer to a few days beforehand and still does it. if the computers in safe mode sitting idle at the desktop with nothing running it will be fine. once you try running a program doesn't matter what it is, it blue screens. same goes for when its running in normal mode. i have a mini dump file, events log and pc specs log but I'm not sure how to attach it to this post. help needed. thanks

now when i try to use the computer i get errors all over the place of stuff that stops running do to critical error or things just crash. i tried restoring from before i updated the pc with the august update but i got a critical error from system restore. then it just freezes up and i have to restart

going to make a repair cd on my other pc and try to repair it. it can't be the ram because it was just working fine last night before i shut it down. no problem until i started it today after work. now its all f'd up all of a sudden
