Processor - AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black edition (3.4ghz)
Graphics Card - AMD Radeon Sapphire R9 270X 4GB OC edition
RAM - 2x 4gb(8gb) PNY DDR3
Power Supply - 850watt EVGA SuperNOVA G2
Motherboard - GIGABYTE MA785GMT-UD2H
Screens - 23inch LG (through HDMI), Dell 17inch (through VGA)

When i try playing games my PC runs them fine at 60fps most of the time no problem. but when im in a game for about 30 or more minutes it starts freezing randomly. At first i thought it was the game but i started noticing it in other games now such at Diablo 3, Metro Last Light, and Some others. Ive tried putting the games in the lowest settings and i still get the freeze.
Any Ideas on a fix??
please help its making all my games nearly unplayable
Thank You :)

Hmmm, interesting.
With that CPU, GPU and the amount of RAM you have, you shall not get any lags nor freezing in-game.
The only thing what I think could be a problem is your GPU drivers, as I don't see anything else what could be wrong.
Try putting different drivers for your GPU, both the newest (beta) drivers or some older drivers from earlier and try again.

If that doesn't work and fix the thing, then I really don't know what could cause that problem...

I hope I helped and that you will fix your problem soon ;)
Regards.

Alright thanks :)  ill try putting the stock drivers the card came with im using the beta drivers (14.7) and it did the same with the stable drivers (14.4). Also thought about trying to run the main screen on the VGA and see if its something with my HDMI or something odd like that
