New build turns on but doesnt boot

I just built my new computer with the following components

It turns on, and the fans and lights come on, but it doesn't boot and I have no idea what's wrong.

If you haven't already, follow the steps in this thread in detail. Some will seem like no-brainers, but double check regardless. This will rule out human error.
