Buying graphics card tonight

I am down to two graphics cards that I'm buying tonight the EVGA ACX Cooler, or the Asus GTX 780 directcu ii. Which one do you think is better? Thanks for the advice!

Ya I was impressed that the Asus one is way cheaper, do you think it has more features or does it have the same features as the EVGA?

The features should be pretty similar, the only difference is the asus is clocked a little slower than the EVGA.
