Here is what I currently have:

i3600K, 3.4GHz CPU - currently overclocked
8GB DDR3
Gigabyte Z68XP-d3
MSI (Radeon) R6870
256GB SSD HD
600 Watts Coolmaster PSU
2 x 1080p Dell 24 inch Ultra HD monitors

I installed a few games on it to play like Watch Dogs but the Graphics performance is poor. I have a budget of up to $400 and I want my games to run smoothly. What's a good graphics card that will fit in without having to replace other things?

I live in Australia but happy to purchase from the US if needs be.

Solution
Get a 750ti or an R9 280 :) Those are both great value for the money cards! Since 2gb won't cut it for watchdogs as watchdogs is horribly optimized.

Thanks for your reply @sapienmonkey.

When I look at NewEgg (http://bit.ly/1C85lII) I see a bunch of different manufactures with prices all over. How do I know which one to get?

Asus, MSI, EVGA, and Gigabyte are all excellent options. Though I don't normally use AMD GPU's (its just a preference, I like physix) their cards are really the way to go if your looking for bang for your buck.

Two GTX 660 Tis will play almost every game at high settings with good framerates.

I have two 660 Tis myself and I can say that they are definitely worth the price.

If you are looking for a single card option then a 770 would be good

Two 660 Tis are much faster than the 770.

Also, if you decide to go with the two 660 Tis, here is an SLI bridge to connect the graphics cards together.

If he wanted to do that he would also need a stronger power supply, and multi gpu setups have a whole mess of issues that can come up, if the game even supports it. A single gtx 760 or r9 270x would be an excellent addition to his current build, but for watch dogs you would want a 4gb 770 or r9 280x. Bear in mind either way your CPU will hold you back on that game, and many others at the same level such as crysis 3. You may want to look into an i5 in the near future.
