I own a Lenovo Y510p with an i7 processor, GeForce 755m Graphics, 8gb of RAM, 1TB HDD and Windows 8.1.
Some days, I will fire up my laptop and play a game with gorgeous graphics, good framerate and great overall performance. Most days however, with no changes to the game files, graphics settings or computer settings and have absolutely terrible performance, with less than ten frames a second even if I turn the graphics down significantly.
MSI Afterburner shows that it is my graphics card that is bottlenecking performance and I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere else. Does anybody have an idea on what I can do to figure this issue out?
