What games willl this PC be able to play on moderate settings with good FPS

While I applaud the choice of psu (the Delta made Antec are superior built PSUs) what I am failing to understand is the need for such a great 750w psu for a system that will easily run on a below $50 300w PSU. I believe your money would be better spent on a stronger card like a 270x or gtx760 and an equitable PSU. You'd then be able to run all of your listed games at a higher setting.
