Just built my first computer and the computer isnt displaying anything on the monitor, i believe its an issue with the cmos. So my question is, do i have to unplug my graphics card to reset the cmos from a jumper? The manual just says to move the jumper to the 2nd and 3rd pin and thats it. My board is an ASrock z97m oc formula. Sorry if this is a nooby question but at least i got it narrowed down to the cmos :p

No, you don't have to do anything with your GPU. Just make sure your system is shutdown and your PSU is switched off. Once you've done that, press and hold your power button a couple of times to make sure everything is cleared. Then switch the jumper for 10s, then replace on 1 &2.

You have to unplug the power supply first. Don't forget to put the jumper back to its original position after clearing.
