Hello, I want your opinions on this build:

CPU: Intel Core I5-4460 Haswell 3.2GHz LGA 1150 Desktop Processor (or Intel Core i5-4430 Haswell 3.0GHz 6M LGA 1150 Processor depending on availability)
MoBo: Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 Socket 1150 Motherboard
Memory: G.skill RipjawsX 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3 1600 CL9 1.5v Dual Channel Memory
PSU: SeaSonic S12II Bronze 520W 80 PLUS Certified PSU
HDD: Western Digital (WD) Caviar Green 500GB (will replace later with a Blue 1TB)
ODD: ASUS DRW-24B5ST 24X DVD-RW DL drive
Case: Coolermaster Storm Scout 2 Advanced + 1 ZALMAN ZM-PLUS(SF) F3 120mm Fan (to be added on front panel)

Am I missing any parts?

I have some questions too. Is ZALMAN ZM-PLUS(SF) F3 120mm Fan a good fan. I am limited to a few choice where I currently live. I have only those:

ZALMAN ZM-PLUS(SF) F3 120mm Fan
Cooler Master 120mm SickleFlow X Fan

I am going to purchase SAPPHIRE VAPOR-X R9 280X 3GB GDDR5 OC in the future. Is SeaSonic S12II Bronze 520W 80 PLUS Certified PSU enough to support the upgrade?

4460 Should be slightly better, but you have to check to see if the MB comes with a new BIOS, if it doesn't you'll have to update that, or just use the 4430.

The new GPUs are supposed to be the same price, and better performing, this could also drop prices on the older ones, so I'd suggest looking for a good deal, if unsure, start another thread (when the time comes).

Thanks for the reply. Will the new GPUs be at the same budget and have the same performance as the R9 280x? Also, is there much a difference between the two CPUs mentioned (4430 and 4460). The 4460 is Haswell Refresh and 4430 is not. That is what I am asking about.
