What Memory would perform best on my i5-4690 and GIGABYTE GA-H97-Gaming 3 Motherboard?

Solution
Those will be perfectly fine, the mobo will prob default them to 1333, so simply enter the BIOS and enable XMP, select profile 1 and it will se the sticks up to 1600 for you ;)

When first installing DRAM it goes to the mobos default freq, on your mobo think it's 1333. You simply go into the BIOS to the DRAM setting which will be on AUTO and change that to XMP, it should default to profile 1 or provide an option for profile choice (1 or 2) you want the stock profile 1, XMP will automatically set the sticks up for you to the proper 1600 and correct timings
