Yeah, they're definitely around, but you'll have to choose...

-Buy from somewhere dodgy like AliExpress
-Buy 2nd hand and take your chances
-Buy a low end board for the same price as a good Z97
-Or spend $300-500 and get a decent new board.

After you do all of that you probably figure out you can get a 4130 @ 3.4Ghz and a new 1150 board for $200.
Or for ~$400 get a 4690K and a board. Even at stock speeds (3.4-3.9) it will belt that X5650 like a redhead step child.
