Can it run?

Solution
I can do that but the price will fluctuate some depending on hardware prices at the time, the thing about ordering from different places is you get the cheapest price for that at a given time. You wouldn't think it, but if you buy a part at say, Newegg, the price could be 30 dollars or more, difference than say NCIX, but they could have a some things that are prices similarly, but the parts fluctuate a lot per site because of sales and whatnot.

If this is what you want, the link at the top of the build, Price breakdown per Merchant, that will give you the price for all parts per merchant.

But if you look at the lists, I don't think any one particular merchant has all of the parts in the list.

The processor and RAM can handle Arma 3, but that GT 730 is going to drag you down hardcore, most likely to non-playable frames, even at the lowest settings. Arma 3 is very very graphics card reliant in the mid to ultra settings. If you're just looking at playing low res minimum settings, you'll be okay.

This rig went a little bit over budget, but if you didn't need the operating system then you can knock it down 90 bucks. I chose fairly premium parts for the budget build, but I wanted to make sure I offered the absolute most for the money so you can enjoy Arma 3. With that build you should be able to play on full Ultra Settings @40-60 frames @1080p. The 270x is also a great candidate for crossfire if you wanted to extend the use of this build down the road for more current titles. That board will allow for plenty of ram upgrades if you decide to jump up to 32 GB (max) as well as all the newest FX Processors. The processor will be able to keep up without bottlenecking up to a 780 ti, if you ever got that deep into upgrades. All in all, this is a great build with lots to upgrade in the future if you so choose.

If you wanted to cut down the cost some, the processor could be dropped to an fx-4350 for minimal performance loss as well as the 270x being lowered to a 260x at a 20 frames loss. Overall this would save about 60 bucks.

I'm sure there are somewhere out there. The biggest thing with building your own is that you're not paying for someone to take the hour, that it would take you, to build it for you. I've never dealt with pre-built PCs before aside from Dell/HP/Toshiba. Let me see what I can dig up.

UPDATED: After searching on cyberpower, ibuypower, digital storm, asus and msi, I can't get anything even remotely close to the build I listed for you for under 800 bucks.
