Currently have an HP H8-1234. The video card is the stock Radeon HD 7450. I don't know much about PC's, but by golly, I'm gonna build one! Or if its possible, just upgrade my video-card? Maybe I can upgrade my MOBO, Processor, and card?

The problem is that my monitor starts flickering grey/checkered grey... I've switched out the monitor and its still doing it, so I'm assuming its the card.... And while I was thinking about what I should upgrade/change-out, I figured I could do a complete build.... I dunno what to do, so what should I do?

What is wrong with my video card?

Firstly remove any nearby device like router or mobile away from the monitor. Then check the connection and pins between your card and the mobo. Also try your friends GPU in your machine.
Try using your card on your friends mobo, or get his PSU and test in your system!

This is the only way to shoot a problem like this!
