Hey guys,
hope you are all gaining knowledge day by day.
Recently i've moved to another house and my pc was in the box for about 2 weeks.

Right now the problem is, it keeps rebooting and there is no beep at all, and motherboard lights are red, yellow, green, green from top.

what do you guys think would be the problem?

Solution

Oh. Then, remove your monitor's power cord, hold the power button for 1 minute, connect it back and turn it on. Hope this helps you because I feel like your PC is turning on without display.

Edit: If this...
Then, the only way to resolve is by repairing your OPERATING SYSTEM. I believe that system restarts just before/after the windows logo. Enter the BIOS and set the first booting device to your DVD drive. Insert the disc into the drive, save the settings and exit the BIOS.

Let the disc load the necessary files and gives you the option to repair. Choose it and let the computer do the remaining tasks.

Hope this gets your computer back on the track.

Edit: If this doesn't work, then the problem must be definitely with the 24 pin connector on the motherboard. It could have burnt and turned into a faulty connector. Hence, your PC's Power Supply Unit (PSU) must be changed.
