Hey guys, was hoping you all could give me some suggestions and choices.

I currently am using a Cooler Master Seidon 120v Plus, which was bought almost 6 months ago, and recently upgraded my cpu to an i5-4690k (and yes I do a bit of oc, but not to the extreme, probably around 4.2 or so. It seems the temperatures are raising slightly, not sure if its b/c the cooler itself is kinda being worned out or not, but I am pretty bound for an upgrade, hope you all can help me out a bit. Thx in advance.

And also the case I am using is a Phantom 530 with 6 fans total (1 front/1 top/ 2 bottom and also 2 for the push and pull method on the CM 120v).

Solution
It's normal that the temp has increased a little bit with the i5-4690k overclocked. Returning to your question, I suggest the following mid range cooling systems:

Air solution:
Phanteks PH-TC12DX CPU Cooler
Thermalright TRUE Spirit 140
Noctua NH-U14S

Liquid Solution:
Corsair H60
Intel TS13X
Antec H2O 950

Your CPU cooling solution isn't too old. Which processor did you have before the i5-4690k?

How much days ago exactly did you upgrade your CPU? Maybe the thermal paste is not completely applied yet.

I would check that out before changing the CPU cooling system.

before i was using a i5-2400 oc to 3.5ghz, I got this new cpu for about a week ago, I already actually tried reapplying the thermal paste, since I was test running it overnight and that was when I noticed the temperature was a bit high at first, I tried reapplying a bit more paste and using a piece of tiny cardboard to spread it like butter on a toast so I can even the paste all around. I have 2 different pastes, a Antec and the CM that came along with the cooler, tried both.

Sure the NH D15 is better, but it isn't a mid-range cooler. It costs around 110$. For that price there are some interesting liquid cooling systems like Corsair H100/110 or Antec H2o 920
