Do get a slightly better motherboard... Even a ASRock 970 extreme 3 would be slightly better.

I suggest buying a slightly bigger SSD or just sticking with the mechanical drive.

PSU, it's going to be under quite a bit of stress with that setup if you plan on overclocking a bit, get a stronger one. The one mentioned (XFX 550w) would be more than enough for the system and still have a tad bit of headroom.

Cooler I think is fine, you could go with the suggestion above if you would like. You drop this for now, and throw the money else where on the system if you would like. The stock cooler should do fine on stock settings of your CPU.

RAM, getting the 1600Mhz ram will speed things up a little bit. I suggest ignoring extra case fans right...
