The 265 is the better card http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/ASUS/GTX_750_Ti_OC/25.html and should work fine with your Phenom.

Definitely get the MSI R7 265 OC http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JJNQ8ZA. It's a faster card with a better price to performance ratio.
If you're not gaming then the 750Ti makes more sense but for gaming the R7 265 is a far better choice.
