Then I'd highly recommend going with a Xeon, the hyper threads will help with 3D modelling/ rendering/ designing/ VFX over the i5. Also, R7 250 would make sure the costs don't go too high. Something like this:

I won't be doing a lot of gaming, so I don't need a good graphics card, this is mainly a pc for running heavy programs like Adobe applications, Cubase etc. but thanks for the suggestions.

EDIT: Could you explain what the problems were with my build (for learning purposes). Also I picked the GPU as the best option for about 70-80 Euros (under 100$), which is about all I'm willing to spend on graphics.
