My Packard bell all in one desktop has had a delay ranging from a few minutes to hours between when the power button is pressed and when the computer powers on and boots. Recently it started to shut down randomly even whilst i work on it. between yesterday night and now (12hrs), its shut down 6 times. my fans works because i hear it spin. i dont even think its the fan because sometimes after leaving the pc to cool for 3days it still would delay in powering up.
Any help in solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.
