my new graphics card will be hear and i don't know if my 500w psu will run it. i know my psu is not a solid 500w so i was wonder if i would need a new psu to power my new graphics card and if they come with the 6 pin and 8 pin needed to power the gpu.

i am running an amd fx 6300
1tb hdd
8gb 1333mhz ram
giggabyte 78 lmt-usb3
radeon hd 7750
and 2 fans

could anyone help me with my problem ?

What is the exact model of your PSU?
And you're planning to upgrade to a GTX 760?

its got written on it atx 500w and thats it. yes the gtx 760

You will probably need to upgrade your PSU if you want to buy the GTX 760.

Any PSU from Tier 1,Tier Two Class A and Class B will do the job.
Also,make sure it's at least 550W.

No,don't use the Corsair CX.It a low quality PSU and it uses cheap capacitors than can blow up if used in a higher end PCs.
Just go with the XFX Core 550W.It's a much higher quality PSU and it won't blow up.

i tried 2 order the xfx 550w psu and they wont be in stock for a while.( un helpful man on the phone ) my card will be hear 2 morrow so i need to get 1 fast will this do the job ?
