I just bought a new laptop, a Toshiba Satellite P50-B-10P, which has a 256GB OEM Samsung SSD.
I've had a samsung 840Evo SSD on a previous laptop, but I installed this myself and got Samsung Magician with it that optimized my system for SSD usage as opposed to HDD.

However this new laptop with an SSD already installed does not have any software that explicitly optimizes for SSD. In fact, the Toshiba-programs that came with the laptop have the option "HDD protection", but nothign for SSD.

Should I do something that changes system settings or something like that, in order to maximize the SSD's lifespan?
